Shipping Policy

Shipping is FREE on all retail orders within the continental United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska). We do not ship to locations outside of the United States.

Unless specifically requested by you, retail orders are primarily shipped via either FedEx or UPS ground. However, we reserve the right to use other shipping methods whenever they are more cost-effective. Orders typically ship within 48 hours of submission and payment. However, on occasion, an additional 24 – 48 hours may be required to process, pack, and ship your order. If you request that your products be shipped in a manner that is more costly than our method of choice, you will be required to pay the difference in additional cost.

Refund Policy

All products sold, with the exception of personal care items, come with a 30 day money back guarantee. You can return the product for any reason if you are not satisfied, and the original purchase price will be reimbursed. Simply contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase, and we will arrange your return. Customers are responsible for the cost of any shipping charges related to such returns.
